Tumbling Program
This program is perfect for the athlete that needs to improve their tumbling skills. The class focuses on flexibility, jumps, tumbling and conditioning. The classes are an 8 to 1 ratio, to ensure that your athlete is receiving the best workout!
- Youth Tumbling: 4 - 6 year olds
- Level 1 Tumbling: No experience
- Level 2 Tumbling: Backhand Spring
- Level 3 Tumbling: Tucks
- Level 4/5 Tumbling: Layouts/Fulls
